Our work with revitalizing distressed properties helps build a brighter future. Part of our vision includes investing our time and financial resources in organizations committed to sustainability and education, especially those with a direct impact in our sites’ communities.
We are active volunteers with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, an organization dedicated to maintaining a clean city through local grassroots cleanup events, tree plantings, and more. We are also proud supporters of several chapters of School on Wheels, which provides tutoring and educational advocacy for children impacted by homelessness.
